Cove Catering was founded by Covey Gibb in 2024, inspired by a love for beautifully crafted food and thoughtfully designed events.
After planning my own wedding, working at a wedding venue, and experiencing the many details that go into creating a meaningful celebration, I found myself drawn to the world of events.

I was given the opportunity to create my first charcuterie board, and what began as a simple opportunity quickly revealed a passion for creating beautiful, memorable food experiences. I found genuine joy in bringing people together through thoughtfully crafted food, elevated presentation, and attention to detail.
Two years later, that first charcuterie board has grown into Cove Catering, a business built on quality ingredients, intentional design, and creating meaningful experiences around the table.
